Products & Materials

We sell 3D-printed items and handmade crafts.

Due to the nature of 3D printing and handmade production:

• Minor imperfections, layer lines, and color variations are normal

• Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screens, or material batches

• Measurements may vary slightly

These characteristics are not considered defects.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized items:

• Are made to order

• Cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production begins

• Require accurate information from the customer

  • We will make sure to try our very best to get your custom items exactly the way you want them. We will send out an invoice prior to purchase to ensure order is accurate. ​

 

We are not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect details provided at checkout.

Intended Use & Safety Disclaimer

Unless clearly stated otherwise, our products:

• Are intended for decorative or light-duty use only

• Are not toys, and child should be monitored with items

• Are not food-safe, unless noted otherwise. 

• Are not heat-resistant or fireproof

 

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for proper use.
Davezilla Designs is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by misuse, modification, or unintended use.

Returns & Refunds

• Custom items: No returns or refunds

• Non-custom items: Returns accepted within three (3) days of delivery if unused and undamaged

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within three (3) days with photos.

Vendor & Event Sales

Items purchased in person at vendor events or craft fairs are final sale, unless defective at the time of purchase.

Shipping

• We try our best to ship as soon as possible. Most of our in-stock item ship within 3 business days.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs

• Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information

• Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the buyer

 

Intellectual Property

All designs, files, photos, text, and products are the property of [Your Business Name].

• Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission

• Purchasing a product does not grant rights to reproduce the design

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product
